    Collaboratively define projects that meet strategic and community needs.

  3. Initiate Collaboration
    Establish key contacts and project champions.

  4. Conduct Due Diligence
    Evaluate feasibility, impact, and alignment with funding opportunities.

  5. Submit Project Assessment Form
    Complete and submit the online assessment form

  6. Project Committee Review
    Present project to the CFRCD Project Committee for evaluation and recommendation.

  7. Board Review & Vote
    Present to the CFRCD Board for formal consideration and approval.

  8. Official Project Adoption
    Project is formally adopted by CFRCD.

  9. Funding Development
    Prepare grant applications and pursue appropriations.

  10. Project Execution
    Implement project based on secured funding.

  11. Stakeholder Reporting
    Provide updates and presentations to key stakeholders.

  12. Results & Impact Sharing
    Communicate outcomes and measurable impact.
